Smart CDL School is a state-licensed truck driving school located at 2184 North Beech Daly Road in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Our CDL - Class A training program is approved by the State of Michigan and Federal authorities. Our philosophy is to provide the transportation industry with drivers who have the knowledge, skills, training, and confidence to excel as professional drivers. At Smart CDL School, we focus on teaching safety requirements, inspection, and operation of commercial vehicles. Our ELDT program for CDL Class A consists of 164 training hours over a period of 3 to 6 weeks. The classroom (theory) portion covers inspection, safety management, and operation, with classes held Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
