"I called last minute to get an appointment and they were able to accommodate my husband and myself. My husband received his results Saturday night, however mine didn't show up. I waited until Sunday morning (we are leaving on Monday) and they still had not arrived. I placed a call to the office and they answered and called me back within 30 mins letting me know that the lab would be emailing my results momentarily. I HIGHLY recommend using them and we will use them in the future for sure!"

"The night before my scheduled appointment I came down with a terrible bug -- the exorcist pea soup plus fever kind of sick. I called the next morning to explain why I needed to cancel, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, speaking to me like I was a kid trying to get out of a school assignment. He informed me that I would be charged the cancellation fee unless I came in, despite being incredibly sick. I'm not sure how he expected me to drive to the office - with a bucket on my lap? He seemed completely unconcerned about my health and safety, or of those at the clinic. Thankfully the Oakland County Department of Health offers the advice and travel vaccines I need at a fraction of the cost."

"We were able to make a Saturday appointment and received a discount for combining our consultations. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, I highly recommend using this clinic for your travel immunizations as well as advice on other products you may need (mosquito protection, food poisoning protecyion, etc)"

"My girlfriend and I made a Saturday afternoon appointment to get all of our shots and pills for an upcoming trip to South America. They were ready and waiting for us to arrive and we were in and out in less than a half hour with everything we needed. The woman who worked with us (sorry I forgot your name!) was great. Very knowledgeable and direct with her answers. She told us exactly what we needed and suggested a lot of great additional products for avoiding mosquitoes without trying to push them on us or upsell in any way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a trip coming up. To those who say that it is "overpriced"-----------really? The fact that vaccinations are expensive is ridiculous but not this clinics fault. I've done this 3 times at different locations and the prices were similar. The woman who worked with us was very direct about what shots/pills we could get at any CVS or Dr. Office, and which are usually only available at a specialized clinic like this. Maybe do your due diligence beforehand and take control of what you can, instead of misdirecting your blame. Or, please let me know where you can get typhoid pills or yellow fever vaccinations cheaper???"

"It's a solid service, and the nurse who gives the medication seems knowledgeable and nice. The information is valuable. However: The only issue I have is the environment where one tries to decide the balance between what's needed and how much to pay. The nurse who gives the vaccines also collects payment, and it can be tense when trying to turn down recommended treatment because it's expensive. It could be improved by having the prices before seeing the nurse and having privacy to decide what to afford. If you have a primary care doctor to give the adult vaccinations like polio booster, do that in a place that accepts insurance."
