Now, you all know you tried to steal my furnace.. this is a duplicate.. but not the first one where I said I saved over $4000 by going with ballards.. cuz yes the drunk husband of the woman who owns the store came over.. I just updated my review to include them not only taking my fan without asking, but they also took my fuse .. really shady.. so defensive instead of apologetic cuz the hubby has a bad drinking problem and would happily screw someone over if it made his drinking buds happy.. please honey.. own up to your failures and mistakes.. don’t be gaslighting!! "DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Horrible place!! I was quoted $200-$300 to winterize my summer house. I live 5 hours away so had a relative there to let them in. They proceeded to destroy my brand new dishwasher, ice and water machine in my brand new fridge, removed the shower head and cartridge in my main bathroom to the point I now have a persistent leak and did such a PISS POOR job of blowing out my water lines that they were damaged over the winter. Pipes broken all over my home!! It cost me THOUSANDS to repair the plumbing and appliances they destroyed and they had the nerve to charge me $600, DOUBLE what was quoted. When I refused to pay and offered to show proof of their damage to my home and receipts for the contractor to repair them, they sued me and garnished my wages!!! I wouldn't let them work on a doll house let alone my home EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE A RIP OFF, WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME AND THEN SUE YOU FOR IT! UNBELIEVABLE!!"

"Don provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly and his plan to address them. We are pleased with our new water softener and also took his advice to contact a drain specialist who addressed the problem. I would call MacGregor again because of our experience with Don."

"The gentleman that did the installation were very professional, easy to speak to about timing, friendly, cleaned up everything after installation and there work deserves 5 stars.MacGregor should be very proud of having Sly and Noon in their employ. My reason for giving 3 stars is that I had a terrible time getting the office/comfort consultant to return calls. And, when I finally spoke to someone (name being withheld) the person had no concern about my feelings. I was on the verge of canceling the A/C because no-one would call me"
