Benjamin's Hope is a unique institution located at 15468 Riley Street in Holland, Michigan, United States. We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as direct care workers, known as Sidekicks. Full and part-time positions are available on three different shifts, with no experience necessary. Sidekicks provide care and support for adults with disabilities living at Benjamin's Hope, offering personal care and companionship to help residents live life to the fullest. Belonging is at the heart of what we do at Benjamin's Hope, where people of differing abilities can live, learn, play, and worship with autonomy and connection. Our community of over 30 adults with intellectual and developmental differences, including autism, live in independent or semi-independent apartments within a welcoming farm-style setting.
