Mi Abilities is a vocational institution located at 2380 Wixom Trail, Milford Charter Township, Michigan, United States. Our dedicated team of volunteers is committed to helping special needs clients reach their full potential as they transition from high school to higher education, training, and employment. We offer a variety of vocational training programs, including job shadowing opportunities in areas such as firewood processing, culinary arts, retail store operations, woodworking, 3D art, CNC woodworking, and semi-secure shredding. Our vocational environment currently serves 15 special needs adults, with more being added each month. We are always looking for volunteers to assist us in our mission. At Mi Abilities, we provide practical experience and training to our students, allowing them to gain valuable skills for autonomy and self-reliance. Our vocational education programs focus on preparing students for paid and unpaid employment in specific occupations, equipping them with the tools, terms, and techniques they need to succeed in their chosen career path. Our goal is to train students and help them start volunteering in their field of study, preparing them for initial and continued employment.
