"Went here out of convenience and wish I never did. I needed to get work done on my rear wheel bearings and they were able to fix me in and get it done in a timely manner. A week later my car starts to make more noise than it did before I took it in to this place. So I contacted the shop and wanted to get my car in to be looked at to see if it was something that they might have done wrong or something might of come loose. The receptionist at the shop told me to bring it in the next day so they can take a look at my car. So the next day I bring in my car and was greeted by the owner and I was told that no one at the shop would be able to help me till sometime next week. I remarked that I had spoke with the receptionist yesterday and was told to bring in my car the next day. He decides to get argumentative and raises his voice at me! Horrible customer service and most likely will be contacting the BBB."

"Went in to ask about my truck getting looked at, the boss's (?older mechanic) interaction with me was as if he was getting a root canal. Not exactly friendly, no "hello", "goodbye", not even a little smile... buuut, he did say he would look at it for free if I dropped it off. Later when I tried to call, it rang forever then went to voicemail, which was full. I just don't understand why a company would not clear their voicemail so their customers, or "potential" customers can leave a message, instead of going somewhere else like I did."

"The shop has terrible customer service, especially the owner himself. They replaced trans cooler lines on my car and didn't tighten them properly, so the car was leaking. When I called to tell them, the owner was rude and said that the warranty was only good for 1 month and it wasn't his problem. When I asked if he would look at it, he refused, and when I tried to make an appointment, he said they were busy for the next 3 weeks and wouldn't take my appointment. I strongly suggest that you go anywhere else for your car needs, businesses like these don't deserve your hard earned money. If you get your work done here, you will not have peace of mind"

"They fixed my driveshaft then a month and a half later it broke again then when I tried to bring my car back they gave me the run around about not having room for my car to come up there for a whole month cause it’s under warranty with that shop so then I made a random visit one day and saw it was plenty of room but they didn’t want to fix what they messed up they also put the wrong part on my car it wasn’t OEM as well as poor customer service the woman that answers the phone hangs up in people faces. I would never recommend this play to no one idc how cheap or good they say they are."

"DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your car here! This is the WORST place I have ever dealt with! The owner is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. You make an appointment just so they can keep your car there for weeks on end without any resolve! I tried to call the owner to get an update, he was either on the phone or out of the building and NEVER returned my calls. I went there to pick my car up to take it elsewhere and all he did was yell at me about what was going on with my car and how he had told me this. I don't know how he told me anything when he never took or returned my calls. He's nothing but a LIAR. Do not do business with a liar people. They will tell you lie after lie to cover up their lies. This place is a JOKE. This is by far, the worst experience I've ever had with a business. They don't even deserve one star."
