"Hands down the worst experience. Zero Customer service. Had to wait 30+ hrs for a on line quote because the just MUST have the VIN. The Year Color Model and Make were not enough. Quoted $2600 for a dent that others quoted $700-900 for bumping out which is what I had asked for from Gerber. Brad just said id have to come in for that. But good luck getting a appt when you work 9-5 because they dont do walk ins. Id do ZERO stars but it wont let me. Front desk not the most friendly WILL NEVER go there."

"I came in before for a previous service that Brian helped with, so when my car got into an accident, I knew where to go. When you meet GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE people in this field, stick with them. Justice was upfront and honest about the process preparing me for the delays I would face and the possible time frame. (Which was freaking me out, but I appreciate knowing the truth ahead of time) Then there was Josh who was the nicest guy giving me updates on my car. He was very clear and direct about the process of where my car was on the line and the quality of work he would provide. I got my car done faster then I thought it would be. The service here is 10/10. In order to run a business that’s great, the team has to be great and this one is. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else."
