"They were so nice to take my car back it had a defective brake shim that messed up my brake pads and my rotor I believe they redone my brake pad and rotor I was in and out so fast but they did not fix my lug nut which I'm going to call up there because they broke it they should be the ones to fix it ate all that money to get my car done all my brake pads we're done rotors were done and a tie rod over 1600 and they said they were given 10% off I don't believe they did that I'm going back up there to see if they will fix there mistakes plus I asked for paperwork on my car codes and they forgot to give me the paperwork go figure but they are very nice people I hope they fix the lug nut they broke cuz my car is shaking a bit. I'm glad they took care of my other issue it was under warranty so thank God. I got pictures of the lug nut it's like their gun was turned up way too high broke my stuff and then they don't want to fix it but they did charge me so I do have to call them back because they said they weren't just going to fix one it wasn't worth their time but they charged me."

"Wish I could add a 6TH STAR! I had a couple pre-purchase inspections done by Main Street Motors, both of which were very informative. They definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION! The first inspection revealed a bad purchase, the second, a good deal, yet with a few necessary repairs. If we purchased neither car, they would've given us a THIRD INSPECTION FREE! Further yet, after our first inspection, Eric gave my wife and me RECOMMENDATIONS as to reliable used cars to purchase and which dealers he recommended, as well as which ones to avoid. His advice lead us to our second car we got inspected by them (and eventually purchased). After Chris finished the inspection, he brought me into the shop and SHOWED ME everything while the vehicle was still on the lift, providing me with more than words and terms; I could see everything while he explained to me the issues and why they were issues. Afterward, Eric LEAD ME THROUGH how much every issue would cost and how to talk down the purchase price with the seller on account of the various issues. He EVEN CALLED a previous mechanic who worked on the vehicle, in order to verify for me something the owner claimed got replaced. Main Street Motor's inspections lead my wife and me toward AN EDUCATED PURCHASE, along with helpful information about the maintenance and repairs of such a purchase. And they NEVER ONCE PUSHED THEIR OWN AGENDA onto us; they merely gave us the facts and their recommendation, ALWAYS KEEPING OUR BEST INTEREST in mind!"

"I typically don’t write reviews for places, but I felt the need to spread awareness of my awful experience here. I paid for brand new tires (obviously not cheap) and not only did they laugh at me for not knowing about different kind of tires…but they did a TERRIBLE job installing them, actually putting my safety at risk. Also, when I called them about how my TPMS was saying my BRAND NEW tires were low, they tried unsuccessfully to get me to pay $500 to fix it when I later found out (from Hyundai) my sensor was UNPLUGGED. I want to warn anyone who they may try to take advantage of because you don’t have specific car knowledge. Instead of explaining, they try to get more money out of you. Will NEVER take my car here again."

"Love this shop! I'd come in for regular service, and they always had time for me, quick turnarounds, and are easy to get a hold of. The day before I planned to drive across the country, my car started making suspicious sounds. I came in real worried around noon, told them my situation, and they were able to inspect it within a few hours. They called me saying it was an easy fix and got my car all done before the end of the day. Lifesavers! Super honest shop and very good at listening to NON car people describe car problems."
