The Detroit Sportsmen's Congress (DSC) is a historic institution located at 49800 Dequindre Road in Shelby Township, Michigan. Established in 1936, the DSC has been dedicated to promoting better hunting and fishing within the state. The club occupies 106 acres on Dequindre road and offers a range of facilities for archery, rifle, shotgun, and pistol programs. The Education Committee provides classes, including CPL Classes, that are open to both members and the community. The DSC also has a 131-acre campground located north of Oxford, Michigan, on the scenic Horseshoe Lake. With 190 campsites equipped with water, electricity, showers, and restrooms, the campground is the perfect spot for camping, swimming, and fishing.
