"Stay away! My husband and I have been State Farm customers for over 15 years. We have had 3 agents, during this time; Andrea Olson, by far, is the worst. Her team mate, Doreen, eliminated coverage when I didn't ask for it to be changed. Then when it came time to use it, it wasn't there. The final straw was when Andrea finally did admit to the mistake- she lied to me and stuck me with a $700 bill. Instead of solving the problem, she instead ignored my phone calls & emails to get it resolved. When she finally did get back to me, it was to give me the customer complaint line. I have since kept only 2 policies with State Farm and moved them to another agent. The other 5 were moved to a brand new insurance carrier. I have filed an official complaint with State Farm & the Better Business Bureau as this is not how you take care of your customer."
