"I've lived here a couple of years now, and I've greatly enjoyed it. So long as you're being considerate of your neighbors and following the rules, it's a wonderful place to live. The grounds are well kept, my concerns/maintenance requests are always responded to promptly. And the office manager has been an absolute gem. The rent does go up yearly - mine went up 50 this year, but that still puts it at a significantly low price compared to anywhere else in this area. I highly recommend it!"

"Was approved through their online application even immediately gave deposit. Called the next day and guess I wasn’t “approved”. Once they heard my daughter got SSI it felt like they wanted nothing to do with me. I made enough money, passed all their screens. Lady was very rude and couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me. You lost a good, reliable, clean, responsible tenant. Felt very judged... Glad it didn’t work out though I don’t want to be living around discriminatory management anyway."
