"I drove from Virginia to Michigan on some pretty sketchy tires and realized I was definitely going to need to replace them before heading home. Nobody in the area had anything decent in stock and most shops were pretty unhelpful and obviously didn’t want to deal with it. They didn’t have my rear size in stock (staggered setup) but were able to order them and have them same day. Everyone here was kind, patient and very reassuring. We also dropped the car off on the way to lunch before the tires had been delivered and they called to let us know it was done before we had even been seated at the restaurant. Wish I lived in the area because this would be the only place I ever go to for tires!"

"Had a screw in the tire of our yukon after 5:00. We called the store at 5:30 and they told us they would look at it that night if we got in before 6:00. We arrived at 5:45 and were checked in. The store was very busy but they assured us it would be looked at that night. We got a text at 8:00 that the tire was patched and the car was ready to go. Great service for something the store doesn’t charge for."

"Thank you Discount Tire!! I had the morning from Hell trying to get tires put on my car. I had a appointment at another tire place and they made me leave and come back twice before deciding they couldn't do my tires. I went to another place and they didn't offer financing. I was starting to stress out because it was going to start snowing in 2 hours and my tires were sadly very bald. I walked into Discount Tire hoping they could at least order me some tires. Nick right away got me set up. Helped me figure out what kind of tires I needed and even taught me some things about my car and tires. I was in and out in a hour and a half. The energy in the building was great! You could tell the mechanics were having fun. I didn't get the guy who cashed me outs name but he was great too! Very happy and will come back!"

"This morning, I had to get my tires refilled. Discount Tire was able to get it done in a mere few minutes. AND the service there was free. It's also important to note they provide diagnostics on said tires. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to have service done to your tires in a hurry. 5 stars out of 5."

"Visited Thursday Oct 12 2023 9AM Discount Tire has always been a professional and positive experience for me at every location. My experience at this particular location on Haggerty Rd in Commerce Twp/West Bloomfield is exceptional. As I am entering through the door, an associate also walking in welcomes me and acknowledges that someone will be with me in a moment. Having many years of customer service experience myself, I know acknowledgement and communication is the best way to keep loyal clients. Within a minute a second gentleman walks into the front area and energetically greets me as well. This was Justin R. His positive friendly attitude is a perfect way to start anyone's day. He actually seems to enjoy his work. His professionalism, communication, politeness and accommodating positive manner can land him a job anywhere...so take care of him. Within 30 minutes of arriving for a tire rotation, Tyler smiles, thanks me, hands me my keys and tells me to drive safely. I noticed as I was waiting for my Honda Civic, the whole team there impressively works quickly, efficiently and knows the meaning of teamwork. The management has perfected how to keep the staff positive and trained admirably. I will look forward to making every appointment there.
