"This place is a joke, have had many people tell me to steer clear and go somewhere else for batteries. Unfortunately i needed a battery asap. Explain to me how 2 brand new lawn mower batteries need a jump start every use on a brand new mower while the new interstate battery I just purchased works fine. They did refund my battery but blatantly told me they will just resell it and charged me a $5 reaticking fee. Heard from many people the same experience, insider that knows them say they just boil old batteries on a charger and resell them to others. Steer clear of this place."
"Been going here for 25 years and bought probably 30 batteries. Finally had a bad one last year that still had a 2 yr warranty left and the guy flipped out and complained ( even though the battery was properly Maintained) he finally replaced it After swearing and said I now have no warranty. Guess it was great until he had to stand behind his product. Just be cautious if you ever need service after the sale. Sucks because I liked that place. He ruined it for me."
