"My car was broken into so I needed a new door window. Received a quote, and the price was right. Service was done at my location, which was nice, and the window was in stock, so it was done very quickly. A few days after the work was done, I rolled the window down, and it was very loose. I was able to pull the window out. I called service and they came out the next day to repair. Was told by the tech that the regulator was broken and I was responsible for the repair. I told him it was 100% fine before and that the car was parked indoors the entire week and not driven until days later and that's when I noticed it. It was not frozen and rolled down. Tech still defended that he "checked" it after he installed it but walked out to talk to someone on the phone. Later he came back in saying they would pay for the repair but still didn't admit it was damaged during his installation. He sourced the part and came a few days later to fix it. Overall it took about 4 days from start to finish due to the warranty work. The window seems to have a little binding which makes it a little slower to roll up but I'm hoping that loosens up after some use. Overall I am happy it's fixed but not impressed with the service. If I didn't have a company vehicle Mon-Fri, I would have been really screwed. I really hope the extra resistance doesn't burn my window motor, but I don't feel like dealing with another service call, so only time will tell."

"Tried to get an appointment for a quote on a repair of my son Subaru. Was told earliest appointment possible is December 1. Though I understand the labor shortage as nobody else, I run a multinational myself. I voiced my frustration with that and she just hung up. Just like that. Very good business conduct."
