"Wow! We have never dealt with a business that make you feel that you are inconveniencing them by taking 5-10 minutes of their time. If they don't have the customer skills or time for walk in business, then shut and lock the door for the day, week or year!! Communication skills are lacking. Told me an estimate of $225 and I told him I had to make a call. Two minutes later he appears with a rebuild alternator and is rude that I'm moving to fast for him and he is too busy and needs to get back to work."

"Went in to see about rebuilding my boat alternator would not give me a quote but wanted me to buy a rebuilt one for $189. Told Ron I could buy a new one on Amazon for $93 his comment was there you go, so I left not very good business in my opinion. I do not recommend this business."
