"Extremely unprofessional! I was told by Jim -The guy upfront that I was about 3 weeks out when we had the estimate written up for some minor repairs on a rear bumper . And then he lied about not being able to get the parts for 4+ weeks. So I got the parts for him and he asked me to give him two weeks so he could schedule me in. Called him the next day and I am now being told that he cannot schedule me in as promised. He obviously didn't want my business and he could have told me flat out. He has absolutely no respect for my time and never responded to emails. So keep it up Jim since you won't have a job soon! I just feel sorry for the guy who owns the body shop b/c this Jim guy is running it to the ground for him!"
