City Center Lofts, located at 74 West Main Street in Benton Harbor, Michigan, is a beautifully restored mixed-use building offering unique living spaces and commercial opportunities. Originally built in 1882, the building has been completely renovated by Cressy Commercial Real Estate, featuring 16 neo-industrial style lofts with exposed ductwork, spiral staircases, and tall windows. The first floor of the 20,000 square foot building houses two commercial spaces, while the second floor offers thirteen apartments ranging from studios to 1 bedroom units with an office. Each unit is individually designed and priced between $1,100 to $1,700. Pets under 30 lbs are welcome with a deposit and monthly fee.
