"Dr Dawson was great as are the technicians. Office Manager,however, needs a course of Dale Carnegie or Management 101. She needs a course on how to listen. Very aggressive and talks when you are talking. Called me a liar when updating my dogs records someone over there didn't save update. Prices exceed veterinary clinics from Gladwin Clare McBain Cadillac. They don't do services over and above a clinic yet a hospital is supposed to. No emergency services. Very glad to never have to go back and deal with her. Mark was wonderful shame he left."
"10/10 recommend this vet for any needs for an animal. We had to put our 11 year old baby down and where no one else would take us in her state they made room to make sure she wasn’t suffering. They were so kind, compassionate, and loving towards our girl. The entire staff was amazing. Short staffed and still made sure our needs and our girls needs were met. Amazing all around."
"Got in quick! People are very friendly and helpful. Girls loved on our pup. Office very clean. They neutered him and he healed up good and fast!"
"Super nice and caring people. They even offer a Spanish translator for dogs that only understand Spanish!!! My dog doesn't understand Spanish and only understands English when she wants something... But they had her sore leg feeling much better in a couple days."
