"Just wanted to say that this place can really help turn someone’s life around. The staff here is fantastic, always smiling and happy to see me. Laura is a GREAT therapist, I leave 1 on 1s with her feeling optimistic and she is very intelligent. Gabby at the front desk hustles, props to her, she’s a true gem. All of the staff that have directed IOP have been great and my group is awesome. I have learned so much about myself and have been able to apply it in my life. It wasn’t over night and you have to be ready to put in the work, but I’ve noticed changes in myself already. Rivers Bend West Bloomfield, does a lot of the leg work for you with insurance related stuff. I got an in-depth summary of my benefits and what I will owe weekly. I get prompt phone calls for appointments and they are really just on their game, which makes a HUGE difference especially for someone in crisis or who just needs the extra help.
