Hoft Farm Preserve is a beautiful park located at 74 Lamberts Cove Road in West Tisbury, Massachusetts, United States. The 90-acre property includes a mix of mostly hilly pitch pine and oak woodlands, open fields, a small pond, and a small shrub swamp. The topography of the preserve is hillier and more varied than most other preserves on Martha's Vineyard, making it a great place to explore and hike. The farmhouse on the property has been renovated into the Hoft Farm Field Station, which overlooks Blackwater and Duarte's Ponds.
