If you are new to working out or taking classes, Kris and Alex (and team) will make you feel right at home and give instructions to assist with form and technique to avoid injuries. If you are a veteran and you’ve been working out forever, they will quickly learn how to push you to get the most out of the 45 minutes and continue to get better every class. "LOVE this place! The team here is great (Kris, Alex, and the cutest/sweetest studio dog- Duke). They have really built a solid community of people who love to workout. They have high energy and make class fun. The facility is always clean and the equipment is setup neatly before every class. There is a wide variety of equipment.. Ropes, box jumps, kettle bells, and much, much more. Workouts are super challenging, but you feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of class. Would recommend this location to everyone!"

"Joining f45 is easily one of the best decisions I’ve made in 2022! Personally, I enjoy strength training more than cardio and we get a great mixture through our workouts at f45. We are getting stronger during our lift days while burning body fat on the cardio days. And the workouts change every month, so our bodies are always getting stronger and more defined. Aside from amazing workouts, Kris and Alex have created a fun, upbeat, team-like environment which is so fun to be a part of.
