"The store owner was amazing. She was patient and knowledgeable about all the products carried. As the name states serenity, she seems to take pride in creating a serene environment. When another customer was talking so loudly on her phone (via speaker) that we could barely hear ourselves, she politely asked her to refrain from cellphone use. Even when the other customer became belligerent she handled the matter extremely professionally. I highly recommend this store. I could not have asked for better customer service."

"This remains my favorite gift shop on the Island. The selection is lovely and the prices are reasonable. Whether looking to decorate your own home or buy a birthday, housewarming or gift for baby, there is something here for everyone. The customer service is also excellent. It iis just a pleasure to shop here and nearly impossible to leave without a gift, even if its for yourself!"
"I normally do not write reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service I received that I am making a point to write one! I was on vacation last week and purchased a bracelet that I had a problem with, but It was of NO FAULT OF THE SANCTUARY! It was a design flaw on new merchandise made from an outside artist. I sent them an email and received a reply almost immediately requesting my phone number so they can call me and provide me with a full refund. I received a call the same afternoon a few hours later and they did refund my full purchase price. They stand by their products 100% and the shop is beautiful with many quality products. I will definitely be shopping there again when I return to Marthas Vineyard next year, and I recommend this shop to everyone! I am just overly impressed with the customer service I was given! It is very rare to find these days. Thank you very much!"
