"Worst ER experience ever! The physician spent less than 5 minutes with my husband and it resulted in a misdiagnosis that borders on malpractice. The cause of my husband's pain was correctly diagnosed at another facility a few days later after the course of treatment prescribed by Holy Family failed miserably."

"Lab tech was sarcastic and rude while I was dealing with a lung infection and my oxygen dropped to 87%. She kept talking about how she couldn’t find a vein because they were too small. Asking me if I had enough water and saying that it must be genetics that my veins were tiny for her to stick me. Also, called multiple times to inform the hospital they gave me bed bugs and no one seemed to care, just being transferred around like it meant nothing to them. I have never dealt with bedbugs in my life. So I’m shocked to be catching something like that at a fricken hospital!!! I hope they close down because that is disgusting and unacceptable!!"

"Every experience here is a bad experience. Won’t be much of a loss if it shut down. Went here for pain that I’ve been experiencing in my leg for two weeks and the doctor was rude, condescending, kept making jokes. He told me that I would be having to have more testing done and to see a leg surgeon then denied saying that when I asked him about it at the time of discharge. My mom was there and even heard him. I told him it was no problem, I was just confused because that’s what he said then he proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. I’d rather walk to Lawrence General with my painful leg than go step foot into this hospital. Also, they had me waiting for nothing knowing that I was done, they already did the x ray and gave me an injection but had me wait an hour for nothing lol only to give me discharge papers. Also, they got sick of me going there for chest pain(turns out it is a medical condition that I have that had to be treated, my pcp discovered). They would just give me a baby aspirin and gave me a ranking chart with symptoms and told me to use it to assess my symptoms and if I needed to go to the hospital or not and told me that other people need them like??? They also passed it off as anxiety lol, once again it was a health condition that has been discovered(not by them lol, they’re lazy). The staff is also very, very rude and condescending. My mom has had problems here too and even had a male doctor scream at her causing her to cry then apologized before my mom was discharged because she said she was reporting him and that he scared her. this hospital is hell"

"No sense of urgency for a patient actively having a heart attack. Needed an EKG immediately, but instead left my family member waiting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. If you care about your loved ones, take them to Anna Jacques or Beverly"
