I am truly grateful for her attentiveness, as well as the pot itself - I cannot be more happy cooking in a natural, non-toxic pot, and the foods cooked in it are delicious. The pot is easy to season and clean. All instructions are easily found on the website or in the pamphlet that comes with it. Highly recommended!"

The instructions on the website are very clear and have answered all of my questions for getting started, cooking, and preserving my new pot in top condition. "When I first bought the clay pot, it came with blemish. Contact Marriam’s Earth Cookware, they sent me a new pot within a week. The pictures which show the old one that I received. The new one that I am having now works great! Small business, I will definitely buy more clay pots from MEC."

"I received my clay pot a couple days ago. upon opening the box the lid was cracked halfway around the knob. I called immediately and they asked me to send an email with pictures. I did what I was told and I have received no contact after sending them the pitchers and emails. After that I have sent more emails and left numerous voicemails. This company will not answer my calls, won't return my calls after leaving messages. No one will contact me back. Buyer beware! I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since I can't get anyone from this company to contact me back to replace the lid. or whole item ordered. After going through this all I want is my money back. I don't want to deal with a company like this! Update. I am supposed to be receiving a new replacement ASAP. I will update my review again after that UPDATE I received the replacement for the correct lid that came with the pot today and the new replacement is cracked in half. It was shoved in a cardboard box as small as it is with other cardboard. My suggestion would be to not order online from this company because packaging is not done well for what looks to be fragile clay pots and lids. If you cannot go into their store and buy it, I would not order online because it is not easy to get in contact with them when you have an issue. UPDATE 2/13/22 I was told I would get a refund after I returned the original lid and pot. I was sent a prepaid label. I had kept the original packaging and everything was already let in the box. I sent it back and they received it all ok. Now I'm being told By can't get a refund due to me opening a case, their PayPal won't release the funds. I disputed the charge due to all the issues in the beginning with not being called back, not answering calls or emails. I gave them a chance to send me a lid and to me it was packaged poorly and it was broken in half. They promised a refund as soon as they received the pot. They need to get with their PayPal account because my credit card company contacted them and Miriam earthenware because they had all the information. It's on their end to get the case closed. And I still have not received my refund.I was promised a refund if I sent back the pot and original lid. As soon as they received it I was told an excuse why they couldn't refund me. Do not order from them. I plan on reporting them to the Better business bureau also. I gave them a chance to send another lid, that came cracked and crammed in a small box. I was nice enough to send back the pot and original lid after a promise of a refund and was given excuses and now they don't answer again, go figure. This company only answers when you report them for fraud. They will not refund me, Shop at your own risk!"
