"The manager and Bob the employee are nasty individuals as far as the way they handle customers. My friends went in for an online order because she got an alert it was there and ready to be picked up. She gets there and Bob is like it’s not here : and left it at that. So I’m like well can you give her some details if this notification is wrong how will she know when her things are ready. She was at this point confused on what to do because Bob and the manager were not only rude but presented frustration from her trying to get her things. so I was helping her out. I asked when should she come back or who to call. He said maybe the next shipment on Saturday so I’m like how will she know tho does she call ? Instead of Bob and the manager were rude bitter uninformative unhelpful and rachet. I had to let them know you all could’ve said: saying I apologize for the confusion please call in Saturday so if it’s not here you don’t water more of your time. Instead your basically leaving her to be clueless. The manager said mind your business and Bob said hurry up and leave. I let them know that’s inappropriate they said don’t ever come back. AS If I would ! I said I would report you all but you’re already so bitter and miserable God bless you both. Please do not support them. And for the record any women in distress is my business! What makes america great is our compassion for one another and our respect. These people are damaging customer service and the atmosphere. And this type of etiquette is unacceptable for my great nation. We aren’t savages. After so many business shut down you’d think dollar tree would honor customers but not they say thank you to us for keeping them alive during the pandemic by allowing this disgraceful blasphemy to thrive"
