Veterans and Stockbridge residents receive preference on the waiting list. Applicants must be 60 years of age or older, or disabled under 60, and meet additional eligibility criteria, including passing a CORI check. Rent is based on 30% of the resident's monthly gross income, minus annualized IRS-allowable medical deductions, and includes heat, hot water, and electric. The property is 100% smoke-free.
