"BEWARE!!! With a 5 star rating I expected a simple straight forward transaction. Instead, Town Livery took my money and GHOSTED my attempts to redeem pre-paid airport transportation for two seperate qualifying/conforming rides through groupon..... *Airport* rides Town Livery employee? owner? manager? Mr Valdez, confirmed availability for both dates but would not honor the Groupons???? (!!!!!) He claimed I couldn't use the Groupon for an airport pick up despite my purchasing exactly that. I sent him a copy of my Groupon to clear that up for him since he required an additional $139 for a 100% prepaid ride. Folks that over 100% more than my valid groupon. Misunderstanding , or, switch and bait? No response. Mr Valdez not knowing what I bought isn't the problem. Not responding, and not honoring pre-paid rides, not refunding, not scheduling, not confirming, and leaving us in the lurch to secure airport transportation right before a trip , is the complaint. Bad business. I've gotten no response. No one has responded. At all. Reliability and confidence is important to me for an airport ride. 0 stars at this point. Evidently Town Livery is renaiging on my purchase, keeping my money and hasnt responded to phone calls emails, or their email contact page . Of course Im trying to reach them! My trip is 1 day away and Im forced to scramble for transportation I paid for weeks ago. Hey, Town Livery, Im so disappointed . Don't be jerks. Don't sell groupons you don't intend to honor. Don't take people's money like this. You're not selling pizza. You sell reliability and transportation. I paid for both and got neither. Town Livery will you make this right? , Or, issue a full refund? Til either, Town Livery earns this zero star review. I can accept that Town Livery doesn't appear to want/need my business and patronage. Fine. Refund my money. I'm happy to update/ change this review, if and when, my experience with Town Livery changes from this status . (4/14/2019)"
