"When we arrive at the building's parking lot, there is a noticeable improvement in the structure and service. When we enter the clinic's doors, we are greeted by the attendants with a beautiful smile on their faces, the nurses collect basic information and everything with great affection. Primary doctors always pay attention to the smallest details, concerned with offering quality treatment. I would like to thank the team at the Clinic and the Dental office, it would be unfair if I gave a score lower than 10. Luis - Leominster"

"Never finished my root canal in early march. Half way through they said “sorry we’re running out of time so we’re going to have to schedule another appointment to finish it” they then scheduled my appointment for 3 months later. Two weeks into june. Then they canceled and offered me an earlier date that I couldn’t stress enough that I wasn’t going to be able to make it. So they canceled and didn’t reschedule it until end of December. So I never showed up because of their unprofessionalism. I ended up seeing a root canal specialist today and now they have to do a ton of work because they never completely cleaned out my molar and now I have to spend a ton of money because of them. I would avoid this place if you can. I should’ve. I regret not going anywhere else."

"I have had very good experiences with the behavioral health and dental departments, but the medical department is just awful. Avoid at all costs. They will make you wait 3 months for an appointment then call the day before and cancel, scheduling you another three months later. They will not refill prescriptions and. will ignore faxes from your pharmacist. They are horribly understaffed and overbooked. They can't be reached by telephone. Run away!"

"I had a decent experience with Dr Patwardhan in the dental area. He was very adamant about saving my tooth, but I knew I had to lose it because I couldn't wait weeks for a root canal. I appreciated him trying everything, however. He was good about my anxiety too. And very informative. The dental assistant was great too! She asked my pronouns and corrected the dentist for me. I really appreciated them both."

"I really enjoyed my last visit with Dr Pat. informed me in detail and patiently what kind of treatment I need. It really showed the potential for high quality knowledge that made me very satisfied. guided me in the best treatment and I was very happy with the patience and wisdom in his words. the receptionist Carmen as always friendly and a great service with that usual smile! she even called me asking if I would like to start the treatment, right after I left the office because a client didn't show up. I really liked her calling me worrying about the toothache I was feeling and trying to fit me in as soon as possible! An excellent job!! I recommend this office!"
