"They do not speak the truth at all. I asked two separate times to get my carpet cleaned and I was told a certain date then when I followed up I got ignored two separate times. I have the emails which I have saved. I even asked if they had a carpet cleaning service that they could recommend with no response by the previous manager. Then I was told to make sure that I vacuum and make it looked like we tried towards the end. The new manager has absolutely no clue so she will respond to this with more incorrect statements. I was even charged for accidentally leaving a pair of clean socks which must have been really heavy because they charged me lmao. There are way nicer updated places for just a little more money out there trust me."

"This has to be one of the worst places to rent from on the south shore. Me and my roommate were given two months to find a new place to live after they kicked everyone out to renovate the building. When we moved out they charged us for everything little thing they deemed wrong. They said the dishwasher was dirty even though it didn’t even work right. They charged 25$ for a tiny bit of dust on the baseboard. They also charged for the rug that they told us we could get cleaned free of charge for being a tenant. Repeated attempts to contact the woman in the office yielded no response. We also complained about all the appliances not working right but got nothing. Oh did I mention this is a building that needed a structural engineer to come in and look at before they could even start their “renovations”. I would recommend living in your car before an apartment here."

"I've been living at River Park Landings for almost a year. The staff is outstanding. The office manager, Alisha, has always gone out of her way to help me with questions, paperwork, etc. The maintenance crew, Dana and Jonathan, are great. They've taken the time to help me put in my extra air conditioner, replace blinds, etc. This past winter, we had a weekend that the temperatures dropped into the -20's with the wind chill, I left a message on the emergency maintenance line around 11:00 pm on a Saturday, because I had a heating issue, they returned my call right away and were here within a half hour. They replaced my thermostat, flushed the radiators, even gave me a space heater to use while they fixing it. Jonathan called in the morning and also came over to make sure it was working properly! In the spring, Dana put in a request/work order, and my windows were replaced. They did a great job. After I had surgery, Alisha, Dana and Johnathan offered to help if I needed anything. The pool is always clean, the complex grounds are well kept. In the winter, the parking lots are promptly plowed, and the maintenance crew makes sure the sidewalks and stairs are kept clear and salted. I have really nice neighbors in the building I live in."

"My experience at River view Park landings has been an experience like no other. Before Landon‘s purchased this property A little over a year ago it was a dump. I am intrigued and excited to see the changes in the upgrades of the buildings the landscaping and interior of the building being done this is a company who cares about their property and about their residence the maintenance staff is absolutely outstanding in there within minutes And Dana Pacheco is one of the most knowledgeable men in all feels that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The office staff is delightful and such a pleasure to talk to. The pool is refreshing the gym is a great comfortable atmosphere where you’re not overwhelmed with musclehead jocks. The residents are here are Absolutely awesome great to talk to sit at the bench and have a great conversation rent is always reasonable without a doubt and I would absolutely recommend this apartment community to everyone as I do now. "lived here for almost 4 years and first they made me pay them 1500 just because my girlfriend moved out. Then they raised the rent 500$ out of no where...im paying 1735 not counting utilities for a one bedroom...this place is run by a heartless corporation more than happy to boot people out of there community just to make a quick buck. Not to mention i am an electrician and a former carpenter and I know that this isnt worth the money because all these buildings appear to be built in the 80s early 90s...dont rent here till they knock these buildings down!"
