Left a great tip and everything. paid 90$ just to have a terrible experience. I'm still recovering from there food I ate. I even thank the delivery driver, and he said nothing to me but gave me a terrible look, even after he got a great tip."
"Just the best food consistently. Always fresh, always cooked perfectly, my kids will only eat Pizza Factory pizza. They are so good, so kind, a real friendly neighborhood place. The menu is beyond extensive and yet everything is always perfect. They did make a mistake on my salad 1x on the last 3 yrars and they fixed it and comped me. I just love this place, for me there is literally no other place for takeout because of the consistent quality and consistent friendliness. Id give this place 10 stars if theyd let me."
