"Sarah in the office was phenomenal from day 1 with renting, tours, emailing back and forth, everything! Any move in issues were addressed and fixed immediately, my complaint was noise as you can hear all above you but respectable quiet hours are followed and management was helpful when it got loud past hours. Community is kind and well kept,too!"
"Our experience at Glenbrook Estates has been great! The one bedroom apartment is a great size 900 sq.ft. The other apartments in the Woburn, Burlington area are 725sq. ft. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. You have easy access to 128, I-95 & I-93 , a central location to get anywhere in a timely manner. The office staff is always professional, pleasant & helpful at all times. Sarah & Alison are great to work with if you have any issues. Maintenance staff, Marco, responds immediately to any issues and is always pleasant. The property is always maintained & looks good all year round. I like that the buildings have 6 units per building, you know who are your neighbors. It feels more like a condo than an apartment. Also the buildings have controlled access, so you have to buzz whoever's trying to get in the building. I feel very safe & secure at all times. I highly recommend Glenbrook Estates for apartment living."
"I have lived at Glenbrook Estates in Woburn for 3 years and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite apartments. Reasonable rent, spacious rooms, AC and heat, and wonderful people who are always ready to help whenever anything needs fixing. Sarah in the front office is always a joy to work and talk with - very helpful and friendly! Glenbrook is a great place to live!"
"They gave us confirmation that the property management would show us the apartment. We drove an hour to get here on a Saturday morning and were very disappointed when we arrived and found that nobody was there. We tried calling them, but the phone went straight to voicemail. I don't know about the quality of the apartments, but they definitely need to improve their communication skills. Wasting someone's time, especially when they are house hunting, is not cool."
