"There's a reason that this location is a bit cheaper to rent from than others in the area: The customer service is so bad that it's almost comical. Don't waste your time or energy renting from this place; It's not worth it. When we arrived to pick up our car, the person working the desk was just plain rude without reason. He refused to be helpful and has seemingly zero qualifications to be in a customer-facing position. After an hour long ordeal after his credit card machine couldn't swipe the credit card we needed to use for insurance purposes (and he refused to enter it manually), we finally got our car. It was dirty and clearly hadn't been looked at or cleaned since its last use. Upon returning the car, the person said that we should just drop the keys in the return box. We brought it back in cleaner condition than we got it, so we weren't worried about not doing the return with a person. When we got home from vacation, we had the nice surprise of seeing that they charged us $300 for a "cleaning fee" and had not communicated anything about it to us. This is clearly a racket to get additional fees out of people. I doubt they ever actually clean the cars beyond a basic hand vacuuming, if they even do that. When we called to see what this fee was about, the same person who originally helped (and I use that word lightly) us answered and was even ruder than in person. He literally hung up on us twice after we were inquiring about how to file a dispute or complaint. The second time, he said "this is the last time we'll be talking," before hanging the phone up. This is a joke of a company and an even bigger joke or a person working there. Any decent manager would have identified the issues with this individual and terminated them long ago. Other reviews clearly indicate that this isn't a one-off issue. Don't go here. Don't give them any of your time or business. They just don't deserve your business and you don't deserve the mistreatment and borderline fraud that you'll receive from them."

"Avoid this place at all costs. I have never been treated so rudely by a rental car company. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and barely answered our questions. When we returned the car, the woman said she was too busy to help us and told us to put the key in the drop box. A few days later when I looked at my credit card I was overcharged by $297. When I called the location, the manager, Kevin, said the car was "extremely dirty" and said that this was a cleaning fee. In fact the car was dirty when we picked it up but we didn't have time to address it because we were going to a wedding. When I explained to the manager that this was an unfounded charge, he refused to address this concern and was dismissive. He also refused to explain why the charge was $297. When I told him that I needed this addressed or I would be filing a formal compliant, he raised his voice, said "you know what" and then hung up on me. Not even kidding. Stay away from this place if you don't want t be overcharged and treated poorly."
