"My son tries to use this service for work. First week they came late so he was late to work, second week he scheduled a pick up for 4:30pm from work to home & they showed up at 12:30, third week they don't show up at all. Extremely unreliable!!"

"Very decent atmosphere yet I don't like the rule that the driver won't move the bus until everyone pays.however it might be safer. Seems like money is important. I hate that you can't get a bus 12 until 1015 on Sunday."
