"They never changed my maiden name and then would repeatedly tell me I didn’t have appointments or x rays on file and then try to do them again. I complained about the receptionist once for this because she also had the most attitude and now I am trying to get my records and they still didn’t merge them and told my new doctor I only went once. They messed up my emergency tooth chip the front tooth on the left is chipped but they fixed it like a step latter? How hard is it to do a straight square tooth?- that was dr Chen- she messed it up- not dr chang who is never there) there is one Brazilian hygienist who is the best ever and is so good at cleaning teeth but if you don’t get her do not get anything fixed there. Also they will call you 100 times about payment info but can’t update their files"

Michelle is an amazing dentist. She made me feel very welcome, comfortable, and was so reassuring.
