"The practice seemed clean and staff seemed friendly… except for the Doctor I saw. I was a new patient and she ruined my first impression of the entire practice by being extremely unprofessional. She was rude to her medical assistant in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Then she was rude when speaking with me. She went on a literal tangent about me visiting more than 1 dermatologist about the same issue when frankly, I felt that I wasn’t being listened to before. But no, I’m inconsiderate for making her walk into the room blind-sided about my condition and past treatment, or whatever ridiculous statements she used. Is it a bad thing to get a second or third opinion on something? I blacked out and was quite literally shaking on the table because of how anxious and uncomfortable I was during the exam."

"Dr. Michelle Bush was great in examining the rashes on my fingers and concluded that it was not a skin condition. Based on her diagnosis and recommendation, I was able to see a proper medical specialist. In addition, Dr. Bush was knowledgeable and pleasant during the examination."

"I had a horrible experience at dermcare. I paid with my flexible spending card and they continue to to bill me for the service. The doctor I saw was also very unhelpful and spent less than 5 minutes actually talking to me and then proceeded to recommend me a $400 per bottle shampoo. Would not recommend dermcare for anyone."

"I tried this dermatologist to fix some issues with acne and I was not pleased with the results. First off, everything felt very rushed. From the time I got out of my car to the time that I got back in after the appointment, only 15 minutes had passed. When Dr.Bush came in to see me she came in sat down, looked at my face and just said she would prescribe me spironolactone for my acne. I had previous been told that wouldn’t work for me by N.P. Khristenko in the same clinic because my acne is not hormonal but Dr. Bush didn’t even care to ask me questions/read previous notes to make sure it would be right for me. I had previously been prescribed a benzoyl peroxide wash and complained it burned but when looking at my medication list, saw that it was supposed to be used as a wash and not left on the face. This was my mistake but when I told Dr.Bush, she said it was supposed to be left on. Regardless, I saw it was written to be rinsed off when reviewing my prescriptions at the start of the visit so either I was prescribed the product with incorrect instructions or Dr.Bush just didn’t look through my medication history. I would advice for people to go somewhere more thorough because the worst part is that this 3-4 min interaction with the doctor was billed at approximately 400$ to my insurance with a $40 copay. If you really want to go here though despite the review, N.P. Khristenko would be a better choice. Although what she prescribed didn’t work, at least she did a more thorough assessment and that is why I’m giving 2 stars."
