"My hair came out horribly and the experience I had with Jessica joyce, I think that’s her last name ?? Worst salon visit I have ever have. Not only did my haircut look uneven, but hee additude and demeanor was rude and felt rushed. Being a long time customer I will never ever come back. I drive out of my way to come here and that is not the experience I want to have. No only do I feel like my money was wasted, she was inappropriately going into detail about her personal life issues. I get we all have bad days but I would have preferred not to hear about all of her deepest life issues. When the conversation was not about her she did not care about what I had to say onee bit, which seems very selfish …I will never be coming back here. I left so upset to the point where I got in my car and just starting crying… what kind of customer service experience is that???"
