"Pretty disappointing experience on Saturday. Came in to browse shirts. An employee quickly rushed over and asked if I needed help. I said "thanks, I'm just browsing." She then very obviously followed me around the store for my entire time there (30 minute). She would pretend to refold things, but never broke her gaze from me and was never more than 10 feet away from me. At one point, I decided to test my theory and walked across the store to the sporting goods selection. She followed me there too, vaguely hiding behind a rack while staring at me. I don't feel my presentation gives off shoplifter vibes. This was my first retail experience like this. I ended up buying two shirts I liked, partially to prove a point. But in hindsight I wish I hadn't given this location my money and purchased online. I won't go back to this location."
"I remember before it was sold and everything was made here, everything was high quality and had a lifetime warranty. Things are cheaper, made, a lot overseas, and the warranty has changed. If I stopped making top knotch stuff.. I'd not guarantee it either. I used to spend more to get LL BEAN quality. Now it's a step over Walmart and Target"
