Grellier Field
Grellier Field, located at 1844 Commonwealth Avenue in Newton, Massachusetts, is a stadium that serves as the home for three Laser intercollegiate athletic teams - field hockey, and men's and women's lacrosse. The field has recently undergone a turf replacement and upgrade project, with new lines inlaid for field hockey and lacrosse games. The field was rededicated to Lasell alum and donor, Nancy Curtis Grellier β49, in 2006, thanks to a generous donation from the Grelliers. In addition to intercollegiate sports, Grellier Field is also used for club sports like men's and women's rugby, as well as intramural sports. The field features a push-button system to turn on the lights, located mid-way up the walkway from the parking lot. The lights will automatically shut off at 7:00 p.m.
