"The staff here is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. When Doctor Nabbout was alive this office was NEVER like this! Shame on Dr Nabbout’s wife for allowing this behavior. Instead she just looks the other way"

"Where do I start. I needed a PCP and I was referred here by a family member. It doesn’t seem to be the same place she was talking about (she said she had great care, great staff, etc). WRONG. The front desk is absolutely so rude. When you approach the front desk they act like YOU are bothering them by checking in to an appointment. Isn’t this your job? They are always yapping very loudly. I’m not complaining about that, it’s great to talk to friends at work about your life! But when it comes to making fun of patients and just being flat out rude, the line is crossed. I overheard a lady at the desk (young lady) on the phone with a concerned patient (having cardiac issues, since she announced it out loud). She slammed the phone down (after telling the patient to hold) and made fun of them for not going to the ER. She also made a comment how their first language wasn’t English. Some people (patients) don’t understand when stuff is an emergency, what to do in certain situations, even though some would think it would be common sense. I also was NEVER notified my PCP left. I called the make an appointment and they laughed and said she left. I got nothing in the mail, nothing on the portal, nothing. I also called for a referral and never got it. The doctor I was going to (who I needed for the referral) called me to let me know they never received it. I called Global Care a month before the appointment for the referral and got told they would send it over right away. So I called (after the specialist office notified me of no referral) and it took 2 seconds to do. Why was it pushed off? Lazy? Last time I was in there a young lady was sighing SO loud when the phone would ring and she said ‘I’m not in the mood for this at all today’. Hello?? There are people in the waiting room hearing you say this. It’s impossible to get a hold of the front desk as well, they let the phone ring when talking. The front desk is 99% of the problem here at Global Care. The doctors are great, but I can’t get over the front desk to go back there as a patient. Thank you to one lady (I believe she was young names Morgan) for being the best receptionist there. I hope you continue to treat patients with kindness and respect."

"Since Naboot passed and NP Sarim left, the front office staff has gotten SO MUCH WORSE, something that I never thought was possible. Not only does the front office staff IGNORE every message left on the machine, but they put you on hold for 20+ minutes if they don't want to deal with following up on their own incompetence. You will be completely ignored by the front office staff in this office, letters and rx's sent to their office get scanned into patient's charts and left to rot as they aren't sent back to the person requesting info. The Doctors, PA's and Nurse Practitioners in this office are AMAZING HOWEVER, it is unfortunate that they are only as good as their support staff. PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE AND IT'S SATELLITE OFFICES! **If I could have given ZERO stars, it would have been TOO MUCH! One star was given as I was forced to do so to leave a review."

"I’m kinda surprised to see all the bad reviews. In my experience and it’s been a lot lately I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Shavon really helped me on a Saturday. Yes I had to leave a message but called me within 15 mins. Now I’ve seen Jason and he has a handle on what’s been going on and super understanding of my feelings."

"After Dr. Nabbout passed away & Dr. Fritz left, things have drastically changed for the worse. Good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. I was getting a certain medication and always got 3 refills at a time. Not so anymore, I have to call it in every month and as many have commented this is a waste of time as it's ignored. To add insult to injury, they did this without the courtesy of letting me know. You have to message them through the app which they kind of can't ignore. They also like to refuse refills without surprise urine tests out of the blue, almost accusing you of not taking it correctly. I always pass any test they give, but am tired of the changing hurdles they throw up every month to get a refill. The stress actually outweighs the convenience of the practice being close by. My advice is look elsewhere for a primary physician."
