"I have never had to Deal with such rude receptionists in my life. They are snotty to you, the second you walk in the door and can’t even answer a question politely. The worst attitudes stay away from this place go to convenient MD, so so much nicer, very polite"

"Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this office. We spend more time waiting on the doctor to come into the room than we actually do with the doctor. We always feel rushed when we’re there. They don’t seem to read their charts about the patients before coming in the room. Our daughter had heart surgery at 5 days old and we have to remind them of that almost every time we’re there. They recently just called us to tell us they gave our 6 month old too much of her hepatitis B shot, and they didn’t call to tell us until 3 days after she actually had the shots. When we were making a follow up appointment the receptionist said they had to double book a doctor because they were so busy, yet they have signs all over saying that they’re accepting new patients. I do not recommend going here at all and we’re in the process of switching our doctors."
"The E Bridgewater location is consistently overbooked. Wait time has been an hour or longer every appt. A 15 min bloodwork follow up shouldn’t take 70 minutes from check in to check out. I’ve switched to Theresa Franey NP from Dr Patel, her appts aren’t quite as long and she’s great. Listens and discusses issues doesn’t just send out referrals. The practice started out great but then compass closed and they just overbooked all the new business/patients."
"I have been very well taken care of at Steward Novacare. All of the staff are kind and caring. At a couple of visits for ongoing care and two urgent care visits the wait times are short, and I leave feeling I was heard, and follow up care is appropriate."
