"I’m sure management would like to take a look on this. Was curious about an older gentleman with short brown hair, working night shift on Saturday, October 15th. Is it normal for your employees to follow your customers around the store? Felt very uncomfortable watching the man peer over shelves whilst I shopped. I noticed he did it to others too, in particular a group of younger female girls. Felt uncomfortable with the shopping experience and management should seriously take a look into how employees are interaction/observing customers. I understand shoplifting exists but jeez, this was to a whole new level with absolutely not shame. Extremely disappointed, disturbed, and profiled."
"I stopped in half an hour before they closed, looking for some Boston souvenirs and they two ladies that were there were super friendly and helpful and also went out of their way to look for additional shot glasses. I highly recommend stopping in."
