"This place is a rat hole, hell hole, roach hole. Elevator breaks say 15 days out of every month. Dont believe the condo association BS. Alpine management don't do anything for nobody. When you call and tell them about a problem, they tell you to call landlord. Then you call the landlord s/he would tell you to call the management company. The building is filled with nothing but slumlords. The Owner of unit 501, 503, 701 and the other two units (forgot the unit numbers) is an example of the worse type of slumlord. For example, in Jan. of 2018 there was pipe that busted due to the cold which caused water damaged to the floor, and as a result, the floor needed to replaced. HOWEVER, the slumlord has yet to fix it to date (2/20/18) and it has been more than 2 months since it occurred. His slumish actions forced my wife and i into the living room and to make matter worse he had the nerve to want to tell me that we could live on the ground as such, while he lives in 2 million home. ALSO, THE MOMENT YOU NOTICE HE OR SHE ABOUT THE RAT ISSUE, HE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE RATS IN HIS HOME COUNTRY. I CAUTION ANY AND EVERYONE TO NOT TO LIVE HERE. BUT IF YOU MUST UNTIL YOUR FUNDS/CREDIT IS BETTER, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE 5TH FLOOR AND ABOVE. IF YOU MUST STAY THERE, CALL THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, CITY INSPECTOR AND HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH PAT RUIZ. MR RUIZ WILL NOTICE YOU OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS OCCURRED. STAY AWAY. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. OOO YEAH, I FORGOT TO MENTION, HOMELESS PEOPLE WILL LITERALLY SLEEP IN THE BUILDING AND PISS ON THE FLOOR. (I HEAR IT WITH MY OWN EARS) GOOD LUCK FOLKS"
