"Im surprised there arent more reviews. My review comes in 25 years post my experience. I was 12/13 when i got my braces done by Dr. Chow. Im 38yrs old now. I still remember him commenting a few times about how big my tongue was. As a teen, that made me feel uncomfortable and as an adult now i think it was rude and inappropriate. I still remember how as he worked on my teeth he would talk and spittle would hit my face. His assistants werent any better making underhanded comments on my wardrobe. I was wearing a forrest green dress with brown sandals and they were so engrossed in making a convo over me not with me as to weather or not brown matched with green. Also, when they removed my braces, they failed to completely take off the glue on my front teeth which i had another dentist do years later as an adult. Ill never forget my experience there and neither will my sister. P.s. i read a review about someone having a phobia to the dentist years later because of their experience and i have to add to mine and say I feel the same way, till this day, i will go years without being seen by a dentist because I absolutely hate it. Dr. Chow had no compassion at all."

"I am 31 and finally going to the dentist the first time in almost 10 years. I had to google my old dentist for my new dentist and saw some comments from other people sharing their childhood experience here. Dr. Chow was my dentist until I was a teen and the only thing I have to say is this place is the reason I have a phobia of going to the dentist still as an adult. I was strapped on a board and just remember the pressure of his big strong hands against my jar and the pressure alone was painful. He had nothing positive say to me ever and as a kid you want to feel safe with gentle care. Nope. Please do not send your kids here. I don't care if he is no longer here. Family Dental for kids is where you want to go."

He ended up with 2 teeth being pulled that day along with a crown for another tooth. The office manager is very nice, and the Dr. Chow was very patient with my son. I recommend this practice to anyone"

"Whoever the manager for this dentist office is has the nastiest attitude and makes clients feel bad about themselves. Was just on the phone with this woman and mid sentence she hangs up the phone...this office sucks badly. taking my business elsewhere"
