"The rudest front desk employees. A woman named Brieanne (who first refused to give me her name) was unhelpful and condescending. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manger and she transferred me, as I go on I notice the same attitude & I asked what her name was and she said “Brianne.” So I asked her why did she send me to herself? And she said well I am the supervisor. Disgusting unprofessional behavior! I tell her she’s very unprofessional and she said “I’m just matching your energy!”. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said she’s it! I call Warwick to ask who I can make a complain to and they transfer me and the woman is just as rude!! So I said never mind. Later noticing it was still her. I work in an office daily and can tell this office is not run by professional courteous management or employees. I only selected it because 5 yrs ago I was seen for foot pain and wanted the same doctor. I should also mention that after the second call, when she is aware I’m upset I noticed a tone as of now she triggers people and the records then when they get upset. Didn’t work because unlike her, I’m classy. Can’t say much about the doctors right now, but the front desk staff need to go or some guidance!!! Update: After trying to relentlessly make a complaint, I was directed to send the doctor an email with my complaint and I did so. It’s been three weeks and no one ever responded. I also contacted Southcoast and they apologized for their unprofessional service but had no connection, but they have also received complaint about the staff and Thad same woman."
