Dunkin'

"This location is great during the day, but I came in around 5:45 on a Saturday evening.. with two teens behind the counter. I asked for a hot latte, he rang it up as a coffee but told me I’d get a latte, so when I get to my car and try it, it’s just lukewarm coffee and not the latte I asked for. I’ll come back during the day"

"Was waiting for more than half an hour for my order. Then I got the wrong order and had to wait even longer. Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional."

"Waited 30 minutes for our order, had to tell the girl multiple times what our order was. Turkey sausage on a croissant & a egg and cheese on a croissant.Then when we got it, I had 3 sandwiches and didn't even get the correct one I ordered .. by far the worst fast food experience!"

"I love me some Dunkin, but wasn't too thrilled to see a guy walk in and tell his buddy behind the counter that he needed "more coffee and a couple sandwiches." This was not a 'call-ahead', he just skipped the line, went right to his buddy, got his food, made some small talk with his buddy and DID NOT PAY! This happened while the line was growing out the door. The woman behind the counter saw what was happening and tried to make it better by giving me an extra order of hash browns because I was just standing there like a dope while the 'freebie' guy was getting special treatment (thank you to the woman behind the counter). Took me over 20 minutes to get a coffee & hash browns, when some dude walks in, slides in front of me and gets free stuff. What a life, must be awesome for him. I wish I could have friends at DD like he does! Needless to say, I was mildly irritated."

"The very worst experience here multiple times. I go to this dunks purely for the convenience of living so close to it. There is a rude, older gentlemen who never fails to disappoint- he makes my order wrong every single time, completely the opposite of what I ask for and has the audacity to yell at me when I request what I paid for ( I have a severe dairy allergy that seems to not matter to these people). I’m not sure if he is the manager as I’ve tried to call and leave a complaint. I will never return, waste of my time and money."
