"I went here recently for a cheap battery for a spare car that's manual and I asked for the cheapest battery and the employee kept insisting I should buy the 200$ battery because of the cold and the cheap one won't last I explained I'm aware but the car is a spare and I just want a cheap one and I had to demand the cheap one and was just given attitude I don't know if she was the manager but who ever it was should have some training on customer service skills I've never had to ask so many times for the cheap battery in my life"

"Wasn't very pleased with a recent experience here. I had ordered a sideview mirror for my Mother's car & was told it'd be in the next day & available for pick up. When she went to pick it up, she was told by a sales associate (who was obviously confused) that it had already been paid for & picked up. I learned this wasn't actually the case, though it had been paid for, nobody had picked it up yet, so my elderly Mother wasted both her time & gas (she lives out of town also) going here for a part that they did not give to her when they should have, because supposedly they couldn't find it at the time. When I called to inquire about this, I was apologized to & told that they had since been able to locate it. This was very upsetting because my Mother had planned on coming to my place once she got her new mirror, so that my fiance could put it on for her...and because of that wasted trip, my Mother didn't have time or patience to go back to O'Reilly's that day, nor could I get it for her, because I'm unable to drive due to health issues. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper & neither was my Mom. Simple mistakes do happen, but this one was truly inconvenient & we were also on a time limit, because she needed her mirror in place in order to pass inspection!"

"Excellent staff always courteous and they listen to you. The store manager is wonderful he's waiting on me two times and I just can't say anymore if they're awesome Chris is a pretty good too..."

"Always helpfull and polite.i don't know what that person who gave the bad review was expecting. Royalty treatment or something like they need your business. lol.some people need to get over themselfs.this is the best auto parts store by far they will charge your battery for free and test all things like alternator and so on.i won't go anywhere else ."

"As I walked into this store today with my husband there were six young boys, 3 of which did not seem to even work at O'Reilly at all. Very uncomfortable as they said nothing, no greeting of hello as we came into the store around 2:30pm this afternoon. One young man was on the phone giving prices in an unprofessional manner, offering to allow a customer to try out products before buying which is not policy. We decided against buying anything at this point and were offered no help to find what we needed, as we left they neither said have a nice day or acknowledged our departure. This store is more like a hang out spot for teenagers these days, taking what they want and doing what they want from ex customers that have recently switched because of the lack of service. I am disappointed."
