"Our goldendoodle was cut on the lip during a grooming. Bleeding profusely, had to put pressure on it for a long time. Will be scarred! It was a big gouge out of his lip. Only gave our daughter 20% off when she picked him up. Not acceptable. Will not be back!"
"I took my corgi today to get groomed as we just moved to this neighborhood and I just have to say it was his best groom EVER. First of all - it was so quick - I would say just about an hour. At other places - it has taken 4-5 hours and I know he gets anxious being there for that long. He looks perfect, smells amazing, and I feel like he was so well taken care of. The groomer had such kind things to say about him and really understood the cut I wanted on him, which sometimes falls flat at other places. I let her know he's not the best with other dogs and he was just waiting in his own little gated area for me to come get him. Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back!"
