"I got my mani/pedi done here last month and it was exceptional! The service was fantastic and I had such a wonderful experience being here! My nails turned out perfect and completely blew me away! Please do yourself a favor and come get your nails done here! I also recently got another Dip Gel red tip French Manicure done for the holidays and it came out amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better set of nails! I highly recommend Raini Nails & Spa for anyone looking to get their nails done this holiday season or even for the New Years! But please come anytime as it is such a fantastic salon with spectacular customer service!"
"Went in again, had wonderful service, 2 manicures for granddaughter 's , Pedicure for myself. Usually great, but this time my gel manicure kept coming off, after just 3 days. Went in and had 1 nail repaired, others kept peeling, so I had them remove gel, paid $10.00 for removal, not reimbursed for botched gel."
"Don’t bother making an appointment. I stopped going here about a year ago because they never ran on time (or even close to on time) for appointments. I wanted to give them another try and recommended them to my daughter for a pedicure before her graduation. She waited all day to have either Tracy or Mindy. They told her to come at 5:00pm. She arrived 10 minutes early then did not have either preferred staff. Had she known she would have gotten the pedi done earlier in the day. Today I had an appointment for a manicure arrived and was told they were running at least 10 minutes behind. I walked out. Will not try again or recommend to anyone. Sadly my nails really needed a manicure, as you can see by my pic."
