"I wish I could give a negative star review. DO NOT go here for eyebrow microblading . I had my eyebrows microbladed. You get 2 appointments the initial and a touch up. After the first session healed I noticed unevenness. I was promised the touch up would fix that. Then after the touch up I still saw that my eyebrows were still uneven. I went in for them to be fixed a third time and not only were they not fixed they looked even worse more uneven and two completely different shapes AND they charged me to “fix” them. I am now spending 1k plus to have their work removed. They might be good at lashes but certainly not at brows. Please see pictures the first is prior to their work and the very last is my brows after one laser removal session. **wanted to give an update that the owner called and offered a full refund to have me remove my review. Then five minutes later her partner called and rescinded the refund. Just when I thought they were trying to make it right. Horrible customer service as well** Lash Lady 100% knew I was unhappy with my eyebrows I called and told them and their fix was not to remove the pigment it was to ADD more pigment. You can see from my first picture before their work my eyebrows were not 2 different shapes and noticeably uneven. This is absolutely due to their bad work. Not due to fading - they don’t just fade into two different uneven shapes unless you made them that way. And just because you do 400 plus microblading appointments does NOT make it okay to ruin 1 persons face and self confidence that is disappointing that a business owner big or small thinks and behaves this way."
