"Very disappointed. I was supposed to have ombre nails but I'm not sure what was done and every nail is a different shape. My daughter's nails have bubbles and are messy. I paid too much money for this kind of work. I'm afraid to even look at our toes!"
"I just got out of an appointment and i had someone look at my nails and go “Oh g0d help me.” and it was kind of under her breath but wasn’t too quiet the. started filing one hand and go “Ew! cannot do.” and i was confused then she tells me to get up and move so i did and she put me in another chair and i waited til another women came and actually finished my nails. But i also kind of understand because my nails were slightly dirty but this isn’t my first bad experience with them so this was the last straw i had to leave a review"
"This was my first time ever going to a nail salon and it doesnt make me want to go back. Extremely rude staff, the woman doing my nails knew it was my first time getting my nails done, and kept angrily tapping the table to signal me to put my hands in the UV light thing but i had no idea what she meant, because i had never seen/ dont that before. And when i was confused she would just tap the table again?? Other customers had to tell me. Very uncomfortable experience"
"I go to Jenny who is wonderful she does phenomenal acrylic nails I have had acrylic nails for 38 years and she is one of the best I have ever had.Never had any problems. I get so many compliments about the French manicure she does. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. THANK YOU. A very Happy Customer Lori Noyes"
